Improving student performance

Sleeping and student fatigue in school is a problem plaguing districts nationwide. It should be realized that there are other possible alternatives to help ameliorate this problem. Perhaps by increasing parent involvement at night time, changing dietary patterns of the student or encouraging them to study more effectively would produce the same results as the study mentioned. Despite the stark nature of the article, one can appreciate the legitimacy of this endeavor. It is well known fact that life as a teenager is tough enough and anything to alleviate their problems is a benefit to them and to society. Kyla's research study has acted as a catalyst for other high schools nation wide to improve the scholastic performance of their students. References College of Education and Human Development.
